"We were at the bed and breakfast. I waited until our anniversary day (the 17th). I hid the box amongst some curios the proprietor had. I was sitting in that room reading, when Monica came down to join me. I told her that she just *had* to look at some of those things 'over there'. She got up, unsuspectingly, and ... found the box! Monica was utterly surprised and in tears. She loves the ring. Loves! She keeps looking at it. :). She told me that I scored big big points. The fact that it is Koa-wood is icing on the cake."
